Exchange & Refund Policy

The following Exchange/Refund Policy is applicable to Ultra V Hong Kong Limited's online store.
Returns and exchanges apply to the following situations: 
1. Within 7 days after receiving the goods;
2. Product quality issues;
3. It must be the same model and colour as the purchased product;
4. If the product is a product that has been discontinued, the customer can choose to refund the full amount of the purchase or redeem the product with the same amount;
5. Application is not accepted if you fail to provide the following required documents.
 Applicable documents: 
1. Pictures or videos of the item in question;
2. The product and its original packaging;
3. Product accessories and their original packaging;
4. Sales invoice/delivery note;
5. Other information includes the name of the customer, and the coupons/points used in connection with this transaction (if applicable).
Application Procedures:
1. Send an email to [email protected] and provide details of the damage.
2. The customer needs to bring the goods and corresponding documents to the customer service centre or store of ULTRA V HK by appointment.
1. Customers can contact Ultra V HK customer service hotline at +852 29079997 during office hours 10:00-18:00 (Monday to Friday). Closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
2. To apply for a refund of related goods, the goods must be unopened and used.
3. In case of any dispute,  Ultra V HK reserves the right to the final decision
